Drones, Night Vision Binoculars Roped in to Keep a Check on Feral Dogs in UP

Since May 1, six children have died after being attacked by stray dogs across UP's Sitapur district, taking the official death toll of dog-bite deaths to 12. The terror has led to a sharp drop in children's attendance in schools in Sitapur and adjoining areas.
